º La Comisión De Vigilancia Y Seguimiento Del Régimen Penitenciario Estará Integrada Así: - Por El Ministro De Justicia, Quien Podrá Delegar La Representación Del Ministerio En El Viceministro

º La Comisión de Vigilancia y Seguimiento del Régimen Penitenciario estará integrada así: - Por el Ministro de Justicia, quien podrá delegar la representación del Ministerio en el Viceministro. - Por el Director de la Policía Nacional o su delegado. - Por el Consejero Presidencial para los Derechos Humanos, o su delegado.

Parágrafo

El Ministro de Justicia formulará especial invitación a las siguientes corporaciones a fin de que designen sus representantes en la Comisión que se crea mediante el presente Decreto: - La Fiscalía General de la Nación. - La Sala Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia. - La Procuraduría General de la Nación. - La Defensoría del Pueblo.
