° El valor mensual de la planta o unidad de trabajo de los Congresistas de que trata el artículo 388 de la Ley 5° de 1992, no podrá sobrepasar treinta y cinco (35) salarios mínimos para cada unidad. Los empleados que sean nombrados en la unidad de trabajo legislativo de los Congresistas, serán remunerados mediante salario integral, por unidad de tiempo. El treinta por ciento del salario de estos empleados corresponde al factor prestacional.
