En los términos del presente Decreto quedan sustituidos los Decretos números 2934 de 25 de noviembre de 1952 y 811 de 11 de abril de 1956, y suspendidos los artículos 1º, 2º, 3º, 14 y 15 de la Ley 20 de 1921, y los artículos 1º, 3º ordinal b), y 7º en su
