Artículo cuarenta y siete. En cualquier estado del proceso y antes de pronunciarse sentencia de segunda instancia, podrá el Gobierno, de acuerdo con la Corte Suprema de Justicia, disponer que los sindicados o procesados por delitos de la competencia de los Jueces Superiores de Distrito o Municipales, sean juzgados, en otro Distrito. Esta medida será tomada por el Gobierno, de oficio o a solicitud de parte, cuando lo estime conveniente para la recta administración de justicia, después de averiguar por los medidos que crea conducentes, los motivos del traslado.
