Para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley se incluirá la cantidad de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000.00) en el Presupuesto de Gastos de cada vigencia, con imputación al Ministerio de Educación, durante siete (7) años consecutivos, a partir de 1960.
