Indemnización por incapacidad sicofísica. Cuando la Dirección General de la Policía en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 40 de este Decreto, determine que un Agente por incapacidad relativa y permanente continúe en servicio, se le reconocerá y pagará la indemnización que ele corresponda de acuerdo con los haberes que devenguen cuando se declare la lesión por la Sanidad de la Policía. En consecuencia el Agente no tendrá derecho a una nueva prestación por el mismo concepto.
