º Igualmente, la caja de Crédito Agrario podrá, con la garantía del Estado, renovar obligaciones a su favor contraídas por agricultores o ganaderos de los Departamentos de Caldas, Cauca. Huila Tolima y Valle del Cauca que reúnan las condiciones de que trata el artículo 1º de este Decreto, previa calificación por parte de las Comisisiones a que se refiere el artículo 4º, del mismo.
