V Igencia De La Cédula De Extranjería

V igencia de la Cédula de Extranjería. La Unidad Administrativa Especial Migración Colombia expedirá la Cédula de Extranjería por un término igual al de la vigencia de la visa del titular.

Parágrafo transitorio

La Cédula de Extranjería expedida a quienes se les haya otorgado visa con término indefinido con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, deberá ser solicitada y expedida cada cinco (5) años.
