También para los efectos de este Decreto, se entiende por accionistas las personas naturales o sucesiones ilíquidas cuyo derecho de propiedad sobre acciones de una compañía anónima o en comandita por acciones, las vinculadas a las utilidades o pérdidas de tales entidades, sin conferirles el carácter de verdaderos acreedores de ellas.
