°. Funciones que se trasladan. A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto las funciones previstas en el Decreto 28 de 2008 relacionadas con la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Monitoreo, Seguimiento y Control, se trasladan al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.

Parágrafo

Estas funciones serán ejercidas de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido en el Decreto 028 de 2008 y las disposiciones que lo modifiquen y/o reglamenten.
