Prohibición de consumo de bebidas embriagantes. Ordenar a los alcaldes y gobernadores que en el marco de sus competencias constitucionales y legales prohíban, dentro de su circunscripción territorial, el consumo de bebidas embriagantes en espacios abiertos y establecimientos de comercio, a partir de las cero horas (00:00 a.m.) del día 16 de julio de 2020, hasta las cero horas (OO:OO a.m.) del día 1 de agosto de 2020. No queda prohibido el expendio de bebidas embriagantes.
