° La Tarjeta Profesional deberá ser utilizada solamente para acreditar la calidad de Médico. Esta deberá ser presentada ante las autoridades cuando lo requieran y el número que la distingue deberá ser puesto por el médico en todos los certificados, prescripciones y demás documentos relacionados con el ejercicio profesional de la medicina.
