Art. 3°. Antorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para hacer este pago y se destinan diez y seis mil sesenta pesos ($ 16,060) en Pagarés de nueva emision, que se consideraran incluidos en el Presupuesto nacional del presente año con tal objeto.

Parágrafo

A continuacion de la presente ley se publicará el convenio que se aprueba.
