º Modificar el artículo 37 del Decreto 1393 de 1970, en el sentido de que la tarjeta de operación para vehículos de pasajeros será expedida por dos (2) años, o por un término menor, si se modificaren los datos contenidos en ella o si se venciere la licencia de funcionamiento.
