° Con vista de la partida que se apropie en el Presupuesto Nacional de la próxima vigencia para la vía de que se trata, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto por el artículo 2.° de la Ley 3 7 de 1919, el Ministerio de Obras Públicas expedirá ordenaciones para el suministro de fondos al Tesorero Contador de la vía, por la duodécima parte de la partida, mensualmente. Dentro de esa cuota mensual, el Director Administrador regulará los gastos que hayan de hacerse por personal y material según las necesidades de los trabajos y los fondos en caja.
