- Avalúo de bienes inmuebles . Modifícase el artículo 27 del Decreto 2150 de 1995, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 27: Avalúo de bienes inmuebles. Los avalúos de bienes inmuebles que deban realizar las entidades públicas o que se realicen en actuaciones administrativas, podrán ser adelantados por el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi, las oficinas de los catastros municipales de aquellas ciudades que la ley ha autorizado, o por peritos privados inscritos en las Lonjas de Propiedad Raíz.
