El Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores dispondrá lo conveniente para que los Diplomáticos hagan su viaje con las mayores comodidades posibles. A los Embajadores se les facilitará un carro de lujo en los ferrocarriles de propiedad nacional, a los Ministros un carro especial y a los Encargados de Negocios un compartimiento, en sus viajes de llegada al país y de regreso al terminar su misión. Unicamente se prestarán estas cortesías a los Agentes Diplomáticos pertenecientes a países en donde se les dispensen las mismas a los Diplomáticos colombianos. Recepción de Embajadores.
