Una vez que el Departamento Nacional de Provisiones verifique el pago de las importaciones y sepa exactamente el costo de la divisa extranjera y el de los fletes y seguros, reintegrará a la respectiva apropiación presupuestal de la entidad peticionaria el saldo que quedare de la reserva pertinente, dentro de la vigencia fiscal. La Contraloría reglamentará estos reintegros. Expirada 1a vigencia, los saldos que resulten ingresarán a fondos comunes.
