El transportador u operador de gas natural por gasoducto, recaudará la cuota de fomento pagada por el Remitente, la cual deberá consignar en la entidad designada para el efecto por la Junta Directiva de Ecogas, dentro de los diez (10) primeros días del mes siguiente a aquel en que se efectúa el recaudo.
