Las Juntas podrán integrar comisiones permanentes encargadas de rendir informe para primero y segundo debate a los proyectos de Resolución Local, según los asuntos o negocios de que conozcan y el contenido del proyecto. Si dichas comisiones no se hubieren creado o integrado los informes se rendirán por el edil o ediles que la presidencia de la Corporación nombre para tal efecto.

Todo edil deberá ser parte de una comisión y podrá pertenecer a dos o más comisiones permanentes.
