El Gobierno podrá estipular con el concesionario o beneficiario el volumen de productos libremente exportables y el grado de tratamiento a que debe someterse, con el fin de lograr el abastecimiento regular de plantas establecidas fuera del país, teniendo siempre en cuenta las necesidades del mercado nacional y las de las áreas que queden cobijadas por acuerdos de complementación o integración.
