El Gobierno Nacional procederá por medio del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, a construir sesenta (60) casas hasta de tres mil pesos ($ 3.000) cada una en el Corregimiento de Organos, de la jurisdicción del Municipio de Neiva, sobre el terreno que al efecto cederá el mismo Municipio.
