°. Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto regirá a partir de la fecha de su publicación, salvo los artículos 1°, 2° y 4° cuya vigencia iniciará el 1° de junio de 2007 y modifica los artículos 20, 21 y 24 del Decreto 1406 de 1999 y deroga todas las normas que le sean contrarias.
