Art. 1.° El pié de fuerza en tiempo de paz, en el próximo año económico, será hasta de mil doscientos veinticinco hombres de tropa, con los respectivos jefes i oficiales, i se distribuirá i situará del modo i en los puntos que estime conveniente el Poder Ejecutivo, avisándolo previamente al jefe del Estado a que fuere destinada.
