Artículo Transitorio 2. De la Competencia Regulatoria. El Ministerio de Transporte continuará adelantando las funciones en materia de regulación económica hasta cuando entre en pleno funcionamiento la Comisión de Regulación de Infraestructura y Transporte (CRIT). Una vez la Comisión de Regulación de Infraestructura y Transporte (CRIT) entre en pleno funcionamiento, el Ministerio de Transporte cesará en el ejercicio de la competencia regulatoria transitoria y deberá adelantar la modificación de estructura que se considere necesaria.
