Los cultivadores o colonos establecidos con anterioridad a la fecha de la vigencia de esta Ley tendrán derecho a que se les adjudique la parte cultivada y el tanto más que señala la misma Ley, aunque la totalidad del terreno exceda de los límites señalados en ella.
