°. Registro Derecho de Autor. La Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP), deberá continuar con los trámites de registro de derecho de autor ante las autoridades competentes, para formalizar el derecho patrimonial sobre el Registro Único de Aportantes, RUA. Para tal efecto, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público deberá proporcionarle toda la documentación que reposa en sus archivos y que sea necesaria para adelantar los trámites ante dichas autoridades.
