Art. 3.° Los empleados primeramente mencionados formarán y presentarán al Ministerio del Tesoro, á más tardar dentro de un mes, el inventario completo de todos los objetos y máquinas de la casa y recibirán y agregarán á él los que se hablan pedido al extranjero para completar la maquinaria indispensable para la acuñación.
