Destínase la cantidad de dos mil pesos ($2.000) mensuales, durante dos años para proseguir la construcción de los edificios y campos de deportes físicos que ha comenzado el Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, de Bogotá, en terrenos de su propiedad, ubicados en el barrio chapinero, de esta ciudad, con el nombre de Quinta de Mutis .
