Créase en el Distrito Judicial de Manizales un nuevo Juzgado Superior que se denominará Juzgado 2º. Superior, y tendrá una fiscalía; el Juzgado actual se denominará Juzgado 1º. Superior.

Cada uno de los Juzgados de que trata este artículo tendrá el siguiente personal y las asignaciones mensuales que van a expresarse:
