La provisión de los empleos se efectuará de conformidad con lo establecido en la ley y en el sistema específico de carrera administrativa de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) teniendo en cuenta la disponibilidad presupuestal para la vigencia fiscal correspondiente. La ubicación de los dos (2) funcionarios de que trata el presente decreto será en el exterior.
