DEL AUXILIO DE ALIMENTACION. A partir del 1º mes de enero de 1986, los funcionarios de Seguridad Social que laboren en jornadas de seis o más horas y cuya asignación básica mensual no sea superior a 54.900.00 pesos tendrán derecho a un auxilio de alimentación, así

En aquellos lugares en que el Instituto tenga servicio de comedor, una comida diaria, y

Donde no exista este servicio, se reconocerá y pagará un auxilio de alimentación en la misma cuantía que fije el Gobierno para los empleos del Sector Central de la Administración Pública, como Subsidio de Alimentación.
