cuando fuere el Ministro de Gobierno quien dictare la Resolución de que habla el artículo 51, ella se comunicará al Gobernador del Departamento en que hubiere visto la luz la publicación subversiva y el procedimiento que se siga será el detallado en los artículos 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59 y 60 de la presente Ley.
