Si hay dos o más Jueces Superiores en un mismo lugar de un Distrito Judicial, los asuntos de que conocen deben ser repartidos por turno durante una semana en cada Juzgado.

Los Jueces interesados deben acordar entre sí las reglas de repartimiento, para que la distribución del trabajo sea equitativa.

Si hay discordancia entre ellos la dirime el respectivo Tribunal.
