Plazo . Los programas de recuperación previstos en este decreto tendrán el plazo para su ejecución que en cada caso en particular determine la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, Tal plazo no podrá ser superior a ciento cincuenta días prorrogables a juicio de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia por una sola vez.
