Artículo noveno. La "prima de Navidad" a favor de los servidores de obras públicas nacionales, cuyas asignaciones se atiendan con partidas globales de la Sección, de la Ley de Gastos liquidada al Ministerio de Obras Públicas, se pagará por el referido Despacho con cargo a la apropiación global del respectivo servicio, en los casos en que hubiere lugar a ello.
