Art. 6º. Los jueces usarán tanto respecto del demandado como el demandante, los apremios que establece el artículo 334 de esta ley, para que se surtan la conferencia amigable, en los casos que debe tener lugar, respeto de las personas que por la ley están exentas de apremio, se prescindirá de la conferencia si no concurrieren oportunamente.
