Artículo único. El territorio de la República tiene por límites con el de las Naciones limítrofes los que se hubieren fijado, ó en lo sucesivo se fijaren, por Tratados públicos debidamente aprobados y ratificados conforme á la Constitución y leyes de la República y por sentencias arbitrales cumplidas y pasadas en autoridad de cosa juzgada.
