° Para desempeñar el cargo Médico Jefe Especialista en Enfermedades Infantiles, de la Sección de Sanidad del Terminal, Marítimo y Fluvial, de Barranquilla, creado por el artículo anterior, nómbrase al doctor Eduardo Sourdis, quien tendrá derecho a devengar su asignación desde la fecha del presente Decreto por principiar a prestar sus servicios a partir de ella.
