El ejercicio incorrecto de la profesión, entendido éste como la realización de conductas de competencia desleal a las que se refiere el artículo 8º de este Decreto, dará lugar al ejercicio de las acciones y a la imposición de las sanciones de que trata el artículo 76 del Código de Comercio, al Agente de Viajes, sin perjuicio de las sanciones descritas en el artículo 12 del presente Decreto.
