Los estatutos pueden establecer que las Asambleas de Socios sean sustituidas por Asambleas de Delegados cuando por el número de asociados o su domicilio en diferentes lugares del país, se dificulte la reunión general de asociados. Las reglamentaciones que al respecto expidan los Fondos darán una adecuada y equitativa participación a sus asociados consultando las modalidades específicas de cada empresa. En las Asambleas de Delegados no habrá lugar a la re• presentación en ningún caso y para ningún efecto.
