El precio de construcción de la obra y el interés del capital invertido se pagarán con la totalidad de los productos de la misma; y será Administrador de ella el Contratista. El Gobierno podrá reconocer hasta un doce por ciento (12 por 100) anual como interés del capital invertido, debidamente comprobado, y deberá intervenir en la Contabilidad de la Empresa.
