Si el proyecto fuere constitucional, el Presidente de la Corte lo enviará al Presidente de la República para su sanción. Si el proyecto fuere total o parcialmente inconstitucional, el Presidente de la Corte enviará el proyecto de ley al Presidente de la Cámara de origen con el correspondiente fallo. Si la inconstitucionalidad fuere parcial se aplicará lo dispuesto en el artículo 33, siempre y cuando no haya terminado la legislatura correspondiente.
