Una empresa puede solicitar la modificación de horarios sin necesidad de respaldo de todas las empresas que tienen autorizada la ruta origen-destino, con el mismo tipo de vehículo. En este evento el Instituto Nacional del Transporte ordenará la publicación con cargo a la empresa solicitante para que los interesados puedan oponerse dentro del término establecido por el artículo 6º del presente Decreto. Una vez analizada la solicitud y las oposiciones el Instituto Nacional del Transporte resolverá la petición.
