Art 3 ° Destinase para el sostenimiento del mismo Asilo las siguientes sumas del Tesoro nacional:

I $ 11,000 que serán entregados á la sanción de esta ley.

II $ 5,000 cada bienio, á partir del 1 ° de Enero de 1891, por años anticipados; y

III $ 1,700 pesos mensuales para atender á la alimentación y al pago de empleados
