Modifíquese el inciso segundo del artículo 2.5.1.1.1 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "De conformidad con el artículo 146 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero o las normas que lo modifiquen, sustituyan o adicionen, si la transferencia de la propiedad de los bienes fideicomitidos se halla sujeta a registro, el documento privado en que conste el contrato deberá registrarse en los términos y condiciones señalados en el precepto citado."
