Artículo primero. Apruébanse los estatutos del Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi, cuyo texto es el siguiente: «ACUERDO NUMERO 29 DE 1983 (julio 18) por el cual se modifican los estatutos del Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi". La Junta Directiva del Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi", en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por los Decretos números 1050 y 3130 de 1968, 151 de 1969 y oído el concepto de la Secretaría de la Administración Pública de la Presidencia de la República, Acuerda:
