Obligaciones a favor del Fondo Nacional de Regalías en Liquidación . Las entidades recaudadoras de las participaciones correspondientes a regalías y compensaciones a que se refiere esta Ley, descontarán a las entidades territoriales beneficiarias, los saldos a favor del Fondo Nacional de Regalías en Liquidación. Para estos efectos, el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, informará a las entidades recaudadoras los saldos a descontar y la periodicidad de dichos descuentos que serán puestos en consideración de los representantes legales de las entidades ejecutoras.
