Impedimento o recusación de Se cretarios. Las causales de recusación establecidas en este capítulo, son apli cables a los Secretarias de Juzgados y corporaciones judiciales, cuyo im pedimento o recusación resolverá de plano el funcionario de quien dependen o el Magistrado Sustanciador de la Sala respectiva. Aceptado el impedimento o la recusación, el funcionario de signará Secretario ad h oc.
