Autorizase al Gobierno para colocar con entidades bancarias o comerciales, en todo o en parte, y en las mejores condiciones posibles, la suma de $ 600,000 en bonos de la defensa nacional que, de conformidad con el contrato celebrado con el Municipio de Bogotá, deberá entregar éste para las obras del acueducto que se construirá en la capital de la República.
